And amazingly have high populations...perhaps you should take the white sheet off your head after your klan meetings so that you can see cities are more than just a few of their neighborhoods. Are you implying that because Obama is black, he'll be exactly like other black elected officials? That's pretty stupid. Crappy and Great leaders come in all colors; however, minorities in public office is still a relatively new thing when you consider the several hundred years this Country was run only by Caucasian men. Reply:I lived in Bossier City and it is one of the ugliest places in the United States and it looks like the slums to me. Baton Rouge is run by a black mayor and I don't think it is the slum ghetto warzone. Every city no matter what color the leader of the area always has a ghetto slum warzone.
