Reply:Ok...That is a wierd question and I am curious as to what you are trying to find. However with that said it really depends on where you live at. For instance where I live there is a HUGE family that is notorious for being ghetto. Their last name is Singletary. Does that sound ghetto to you? If you ask any one around here they will know what I am talking about. However if you just want some lasts names that are more likely to be found on a "ghetto" person I wouldn't be able to tell you. For the most part all of the last names from this country no matter what race came from Europe. Unless you are just getting off the boat from China or Iraq who knows. Hope that helps you.
