Ghetto Names? Race? o rjust sensitivty?

I'm being dead honest, sadly ppl judge by name ( not me though) It's been thing like this all over TV AND the news and I just saw a question like this, so I wanted to ask to see who agrees and disagrees

when u hear names like BoomKisha, Lakia, Shantella, etc and Tyrone, LeMarcus, don't u think it's ghetto? I know I do , but it's not the kids fault

and do u agree w/ me that when ppl throw the race card out there, that they are being sensitive, and most likely it's becuase their names are ghetto? and it's not a black thing, it;s ghetto thing

Justthink of all those ppl on the Maury show yelling which one of 23 guys withs no jobs are their 'baby daddy'

what are you guys thoughts?

Ghetto Names? Race? o rjust sensitivty?
I'm gonna be honest and yes i think it sounds ghetto wheni hear names like that. Its sad how ppl sterotype EVERYONE!!! I happne to be black and ADORE rock music! So everyone at skool puts me in the category of "acting white" or "goth" or "emo" and crap like that. I hate it. Just because i dont like rap or hip-hop alot, (i still kinda like it) they automatically make fun of me. Thats straight retarded.
Reply:This question belongs in the "Culture and Groups" section. But since you want a real answer you're over here. All I can tell you is don't sweat it girl! A name is just a name. You know Ashley Simpson named her son Mowgli? WTF? Your name is unique. Your parents gave you that name for a reason.
Reply:Who honestly will name there child Boomkisha. Make some since. Who are you to put a category on any of these names. What makes a name ghetto?
