Is there a stigma attached to ghetto names?

I've heard some outrageous ghetto names, for instance Darquiesha(Dar_Kwee_sha). Would you hire someone you've never seen with a ghetto name?? and do you think there is a stigma attached to those kinds of names??

You can't judge someone based on their name. Their name may sound weird to you but don't stereotype the person as being ghetto. Their parents gave them the name therefore they have no control over that. So, are you saying John, Tom, Amanda and Amber are the perfect names. Every race has different names, even Indians. Sometimes some Indians and middle eastern names are weird.
Reply:give her an interview first
Reply:Yes, there's a stigma attached to them. I hope I'd be open minded enough to hire a person by their presence and ability, but the ghetto stigma would still be there when you looked at the application and before you met the person. Not fair, but life isn't always fair.

The answers so far are saying what "should be done" in a perfect society. I think your question actually means, "what is done", correct?
